Blank Shirts

WE SEARCHED FOR A YEAR, NO KIDDING.

The first task on our to-do list was to find the best quality and value t-shirt we can print on. And straight away we got stuck. The selection is enormous and we tried dozens of blanks. Some were surprisingly terrible. Most were painfully average. And average was not on our set of goals. We weren’t building Sharp Shirts on “average.”

After months of samples, washes, stretches, wears, rewashes, and “are you kidding me?” moments one shirt started to make sense. It was soft, strong, fit great but mainly stayed the same after so many washes. The shape and stretch remained the same and black was still black and white was not grey. It survived our aggressive wash-torture sessions like a champion.

IF THE SHIRT IS BAD THE WHOLE PRODUCT IS COMPROMISED

We needed a blank that had to be future-proof. So our checklist looked like this:
