Returns & Refunds

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT ON DEFECTIVE OR MISMANUFACTURED SHIRTS.

We can’t replace orders that arrive without defects, but we’re always here to help and will do our best to sort things out. If you received a defective shirt please contact us right away (within max 14 days).

We will ask for photos and description of the damage and either issue a full refund or send you a new shirt – your choice.

Refunds will be issued the same way you paid for your order in up to 5 business days and funds should arrive within additional 5 days depending on our banks. We try to hurry this process but cannot guarantee shorter deadlines.

We might ask you to send us the defective shirt back and we will pay for shipping.

WHAT IS „DEFECTIVE OR MISMANUFACTURED?“

  • shirt is badly sewn together
  • shirt has tear or other visible damage
  • the seams are not straight and visibly defective
  • shirt is dirty with visible stains
  • the print is flaking or tearing
  • shirt is not the size, colour or design that you ordered

EACH SHIRT IS MADE TO ORDER, JUST FOR YOU.

We don’t keep any stock we can swap out, so please double-check your order.

We try very hard to minimise waste and unnecessary shipping back and forth.
