SHIRT CARE

Our t-shirts are special but they are also normal and practical. In order for them to last as much as possible we stick to these rules:

  1. Wash them at 30°C
  2. Wash them inside out to not damage the prints.
  3. Shake them out before hanging (preferably on a hanger)
  4. Let them air dry

If you really need to iron them it's best to do it inside out or over a cloth. The super hot temperature of the iron can damage, discolour or detach the print. And damage your iron in the process.

  • Do not wash them above 40°C – the high temperatures might damage, crack or detach the print.
  • Do not tumble dry – again the high temperatures might damage, crack or detach the print.
  • Do not bleach – absolutely do not bleach coloured t-shirts because it will completely destroy them and their prints, however we tried it on our white shirts and it was a hit and miss. So if you have a really dirty white t-shirt, try using local cleaning/bleaching agents just on the dirty spot.

WASH WARM

Wash in warm water, 30 °C maximum to make the print last.

NO BLEACH

Bleach will discolour your shirt and the print.

DON'T DRY

High temperatures of the dryer crack prints on t-shirts.

NO DRY CLEAN

It will clean your shirt but likely damage or detach the print.

IRON LOW

Do not iron the print, it might detach or crack next time you wash.

QUESTIONS ABOUT DESIGNS

HELL NO! We have a strict NO AI policy when it comes to creating our designs — everything you buy was made by humans (with computers) for humans. We don’t use AI in our artwork because no tool we’ve seen so far works the way we want it to.

That said, we do use AI on our social media — because that’s where it actually shines. Photoshoots that would’ve cost thousands and taken days can now be done by one person in a few hours.

Good question — not all our designs are made from scratch! One of our passions is digging through endless archives of old illustrations and graphics that are over 100 years old. Their copyright has expired, so they’re in the Public Domain. That means we can lift them from original books, clean them up, and give them new life as t-shirt designs.

We love reviving these beautiful, often forgotten works. They were created by masterful craftsmen — and in our eyes, their work beats modern AI any day of the week.

Whenever we use Public Domain sources, we’ll let you know and share a link to the original archive. We’re proud to give these pieces another chance to live.

GENERAL "ABOUT" QUESTIONS

Best way to find out is to try and order, and our system will let you know the most up-to-date information. However we dedicated a whole page to this here.

Absolutely YES! And not only that, if you'd like we can print any of our designs on a mug, a poster, a scarf, a water bottle. The catalogue is incredible and super exciting so please, do not hesitate to get in touch and don't be afraid to ask the craziest questions.

Check out our sizing chart and measure yourself to be sure! All our t-shirts are a usual fit, however US customers should order a size up. Because everything is bigger in Texas (and US.)

We’re a European store based in Prague but there was no point in waiting so we are Global and you can order our t-shirts to all major countries around the world.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes collected upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN & REFUND QUESTIONS

Before starting this store, there was a light side — and a dark side — to the story.

We really wanted to launch a t-shirt brand. We’d been collecting ideas and sketching designs for years. Our chief designer had been creating merch for clients as part of his day job as a brand designer, and we saw firsthand how a great t-shirt can make or break your day. T-shirts are like personal billboards — they start conversations, help you belong, or quietly remind you of something important.

But there was a dark side. Starting a traditional t-shirt business usually means stocking up — because screen printing only makes sense if you print in tens or hundreds. That means warehouses full of sizes, old designs, and unsold duds. You need people to manage it, and for every shirt that makes someone happy, there’s another that goes unused — just more junk in a world already full of it.

If only there were another way… Enter DTG printing. A technique that lets us create high-quality prints one shirt at a time. No overstock, no warehouses, just focused design — and happier people, one shirt at a time.

Unfortunately that is not possible. We make all the shirts to order → The t-shirt actually gets processed and printed only after you make your order.

This even means that you can return the shirt only if it has any manufacturing defects or is simply something you did not order. Read more about it in the How to Shop guide or in more detail in our Return & Refund Policy.

We are quite different from your usual clothing store. It might seem crazy but we will make each t-shirt to order only after you actually order it.

So since its made specifically for you the usual 14 day "no questions asked" return period does not apply. Read more about it in detail in our Return & Refund Policy.

That's why we urge you to really really check your size and fit before ordering. The sizing chart can be found in the How to Shop guide.

We kindly ask you to take a picture of what has arrived and get in touch with us. Together we will decide what is the best course of action – return, refund, free t-shirt from the store or something else. Please note, that we won't accept t-shirts that were worn before returning.
