At Sharp Shirts, every item is made to order. The printing process begins only after you have placed and paid for your order. This approach helps us prevent unnecessary stockpiling of t-shirts in warehouses and reduces waste.

Your order will also be produced by the closest available manufacturing facility, which shortens shipping distances and reduces our ecological footprint.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to return online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

Because every product we sell is printed individually after you order, our items fall under this exception. This means we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind for any reason.

When Returns Are Accepted

We gladly accept returns if:
• the product arrives damaged
• the product is defective
• you receive the wrong item

If any of these occur, please contact us immediately at support@sharpshirts.store with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@sharpshirts.store with your order number and issue.
2. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide instructions.
3. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 20 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at support@sharpshirts.store.

Responsibility

We kindly ask you to check our size guides carefully before placing your order. Since each product is made individually for you, correct sizing helps us continue producing responsibly without unnecessary waste.
